Everyone at the shop were helpful and kind and a very quick turnaround. I dropped my car off on Monday and picked it was done on Thursday. The car looks like brand new! They did excellent body work. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

I am still waiting on a repair on the windshield however, on the rest of the repairs they did an excellent job. Looks like nothing ever happened to my car. Caliber collision went out of their way for me. They were always patient and kind. And did a good job communicating with me on the status of my vehicle.

The work was completed in 2 days vs the expected 5 days. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and empathetic the entire process from estimate to pick up. The text system to provide updates is very helpful as well. Overall a great experience. After two parking lot hit and runs, very grateful for my neighborhood Caliber Collission.
