I loved the service I received at Calibur Collision . One never goes into these things knowing what’s going to happen and how long it’s going to take and it was a very pleasant experience from day one to the day of pick up. It was super non-stressful and everyone was very kind especially Felix! Caliber Collision did a great job fixing my front bumper and the prior damage to my side panel at a reasonable price. They even washed it! Bonus!! I highly recommend this business for all your exterior car needs. A+++

A great experience from beginning to end. Felix provided excellent insight and analysis of the damage to my car and the repairs that needed to be done. He and everyone else at Caliber were friendly and courteous. I thought it was going to be a hassle and it turned out to be the best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. If there was a zero I would choose it. I would never recommend this place. I was even told that caliber is the worst and it’s unfortunately true.

No customer service skills were experienced during my time with caliber collision of Escondido. I was told I was going to get a phone call on the third day to let me know the estimate and what they found. Not once did anyone from the business call me, I ALWAYS CALLED THEM! When I received my vehicle that went in for minor scratches on front bumper (I said to FELIX) I did not care about but I wanted to ensure my airbag was working because the light kept going on when in the car. No information was given to me about them running the diagnostics on Monday at 9am, I did not get those results until I asked for them when picking up my vehicle. LUIS then stated that they cleared the airbag code that came up and that it did not come up again. I asked if the airbag sensor was checked in anyway and they just repeated the code was cleared. I asked so if I get into a head on collision and my airbag does not deploy can I come back and show you guys? No answer was given other than the code was cleared and that was it. When they didn’t run the code again until FRIDAY! So they are okay with letting a customer drive off with a car not fully sure if the air bag is going to work properly. They did not tell me “it should deploy or it will deploy” because they were not sure themselves! Thank you for disregarding my life and of others who may be in my vehicle.
