This Caliber location's customer service is superior, very accommodating. They drove me to Enterprise to pick up the rental car. And when I came back to get my repaired car, I just left the rental at Caliber and Enterprise comes to get it—so they take care of everything. The technician Luis, who was my contact, was very thorough in his examination of my vehicle and he answered all my questions with patience and it was obvious he had extensive knowledge regarding auto body work. He was very professional and enjoyed his work and the craftsmanship of the company. It was an excellent experience overall, if you have to have your car smashed up and repaired you might as well have a great experience getting it fixed!
