Vern, and the rest of the team in escondido treated me well, coordinated and communicated with all involved and overall did a great job. I would add however, that it would have been even better service if I had been offered to have the entire car buffed. I had the bumper and hood worked on so now the car looks a bit patchy. Giving employees the autonomy to offer something like this might resolve future customers feeling like I did.
