My car was in the shop for 3 weeks. Vern was awesome! Very impressed with the communication, professionalism, and customer service. Very nice and went above and beyond to make the overall experience easier than I expected. They delivered the car to me when finished and took back my rental car for me too. Having a newborn baby it took away the hassle and inconvenience ???? Definitely the best car repair shop I have ever dealt with ????????

Reagan and Vern were outstanding in terms of their individual and collective "customer care"! I had never used Caliber Collision before, but as I have already told many friends, Caliber collision is the way to go if you ever have any needs for car damage repair!

Check in process extremely slow. Customers in the waiting room were ignored while a tow truck driver who came to pick up a wrecked car was given priority. I was late to work because of this.

Everything's good except front desk is too busy; some additional staff or simplication on the paperwork to reduce wait time will make me much happier.
