Vern is the best! Seemed to really give my case personal attention. My insurance totally dropped the ball on the claim process and put me in a bad position with rental car costs. Vern and his team got the parts and got the job done exactly on time according to the estimate. I feel like they pushed though for me since they knew my insurance had screwed up. My repair was done during Christmas and New Years week and as finished New Years eve! My truck Was 3 weeks newly purchased, and looks perfect again thanks to Caliber. You guys rock!
