The only good this was the communication every thing else was pretty horrible. Ripped my window tint chipped the inside of my hood scratched my windows and parts not put back properly. Overall a terrible job would not recommend!!

I would reccomend this shop, but I would encourage the shop to slowdown and pay better attention to detail with the interior fish work

I found multiple unfinished/haphazardly completed tasks with the interior trim, headliner and weather stripping installation. Weather stripping on the driver door was not properly installed, the interior door panels on both drivers side and drivers side passenger door were not fastened completely into place leaving a noticeable 1/4” gap. The headliner was not properly tucked in under the trim/weather stripping during installation. Drivers side door sticks when opening and has a hollow rattle sound when you close it. Noticeably different than the other doors.

Appreciated that they called me several times to set up a time to drop off my truck then kept me posted as the repairs were being done and then called me several times to let me know the truck was ready to be picked up. appreciate the excellent customer service.

Once again very pleased with the results! My car is a magnet to problems and this Caliber location has been my go to. Kyle has overseen the maintenance both times I’ve brought my car in. I am so glad that I chose Caliber Collision on W. Mission Rd. From beginning to end, communication was top tier and I couldn't ask for a better shop to handle my collision repairs.
