The technician broke my windshield while working on my car. The attention to detail was sub-par as there are dust particles trapped under my paint as well. Its clear the technicians did not do their best work on my vehicle. I only came to this shop because it was VW certified but apparently that means nothing.

The experience with this company has changed my mind about body shops. I had been to multiple places for estimates and felt like I would never get my repair done. Caliber collision was professional, quick and excellent work, they kept me updated by text the entire time my truck was there an got a call 2 days earlier saying my truck was done.
