The whole process was very easy, I was kept up to date the whole time and once my car was at Caliber I didn’t have to deal with the insurance company again. And the best part is that the work looked great when it was finished!

It took 2 months to get our vehicle back with Caliber changing the completion date, we had received at least 8 telephone calls and that many emails always changing the completion date. In the past we have used Caliber to repair our vehicles (4 times) and were completely satisfied and that was at the Westminster branch, but unfortunately Westminster were too busy and sent our vehicle to the Essex branch which was just terrible. The vehicle still is not right but the Westminster Manager I spoke is going to make it right, we are never going to send any person or our vehicles to your Essex branch again. In closing I will say the only bright spot in all of this bad experience was the Manager at the Westminster branch Westminster branch he was very knowledgeable and appeasing to our situation, he was the saving grace of the lousy service we had received. 2 months to get your vehicle back is entirely too long with the constant false statements that we received with completion date being told verbally and by email. Unacceptable service from your Essex branch, we have told our family and friends not to use Caliber Collusion in Essex MD.

They were extremely friendly, provided updates, always spoke with positive energy. When I picked my car up it looked brand new from the repair down to it being washing on the inside and outside.
