The beginning process was a little frustrating because there was some confusion about the whereabouts of the car. However, after my car was finally towed to Essex MD, McKenzie kept me in the loop of the whole process at the point. If it wasn't for her, I would have been totally frustrated. But she helped redeem your company's reputation.

Customer service is a quality that 95 % of our service suppliers dont offer anymore, so when I walked into their office I was pleasantly pleased to find everyone very pleasant, and professional, they explained everything that was done, and walked me around my car to make sure that I was satisfied, the manager and his management visitor, sorry I am bad with names, made me feel like I was family, thanks guys, i grade you a 100% awesome!
