My experience with Caliber Collision was a 10 out of 10 experience. They went above and beyond. I’d like to specifically mention Justen. I was more than satisfied with this customer service. He communicated better than I’ve experienced in any other customer service interaction; and in general. Eased my mind and anxiety by answering any and all my questions, always responding in an incredibly efficient and timely manner. He made it a completely stress-free process. The end result of my vehicle was way better than I could’ve ever anticipated. I would’ve never even known there was any previous cosmetic damage. As well as a consistent interior error that have been driving me insane. Genuinely five stars.

From start to finish they did an excellent job. Very professional but with kindness and understanding. I was kept informed and I really appreciated that. Nobody has done that before. I always had to call if I wanted to know how it was going so that was very nice.
