There were still rodents in the car when I arrived home, mouse fecal matter in the doors, and nesting material throughout the car. They did not do a thorough search or cleaning. I called and told Jonathan T. About it and all he said to do was file another claim. He didn’t offer to do a better job or fix it, even when I requested the manager.
