Color match on lower bumper is measurably lighter than initial OEM. Caliber team did do a great job on the repairs, and has offered to repaint to ensure I am satisfied if I wish.

The manager was exceptional in his handling of my cash payment. Also in cleaning inside my car. It would be a 10 if I hadn’t seen water leaking from under my car last night & pooling. I have not had time to check it out yet as I have not been driving that car since the front end was smashed. I will take it for an oil change tomorrow at Nissan and have them check it out professionally for me.

Caliber Collision was amazing. They completed all the repairs in a timely manner. Kept me updated regularly through text messages. I requested an additional repair be done with little notice and the work was still completed on time. They returned my vehicle cleaner than when I dropped it off.

I’d like to recognize, Jonathan. I’m thinking he’d make a great teacher. A good listener. Explains things well. Seems to want to please and do right by the customer.
