Person that walked me out to my car once it was done I think was named Josh. He actually went over the repairs and how to read what had been accomplished. He took time with me. He cared that tree sap even fell on the car since it had been washed. My car looked brand new. I was actually taken back by this...surprised, then quite satisfied. Kaylie answered phone calls after the first ring. I received text update continually and promptly. In the beginning there was one issue with the rental being due back on fourth of July when caliber collision is closed. It was only 2 days after I dropped it off. Enterprise said sometimes insurance does that ....there is no way I was able to return the car on a holiday as caliber collision wasnt open. That's the only thing that happened that I was unhappy about. So it was a bit of a rough start but overall it worked out. I was dealing with 3 companies so I am unsure who was at fault. Lucky for me I called USAA and had them extend the rental time with Enterprise.
