Please provide a copy or email docs that are signed by customer (after signing). Calibration of the vehicle was never discussed. If I had known, I would have put a full tank of gas in prior to dropping off.

I’m very unhappy with Travelers claims experience with a decision to charged me with an accident with all the information I gave. I have no idea how I was at fault . I’ll be looking for another insurance co. Jackie from Travelers my main contact dropped the ball and didn’t talk to me for two weeks! I have never had an accident that was my fault. All my years of driving and I have had no tickets not once since 2009. This guy that hit me. Yes hit me. His car had dents all over it ! I had to call Jaclyn the main claims lady at the end I had to call her and she told me basically it went down to the board. They had a meeting with at a round table discussion and they charged me at all. Basically they flip a coin that I had no idea what was coming to depend myself before she gave me the news terrible terrible claims process. i’m very happy with caliber collision but very unhappy with Travelers Claim process. Thank you.

I was in the fortunate position to come into contact with this great repair shop and customer service care organization by someone hitting my car. Because of that I had no liability, and the repair as well as alternative transportation were taken care of and covered with little to no impact on me and my life. But beyond that, I was so impressed with the professionalism and kindness and care and communication of my first point of contact as well as the account manager who provided updates and detailed information. The repair was completed faster than expected, and that timeline was updated through the great tools at the shop uses. In the future event that I need to take my vehicle somewhere, I would definitely take it to caliber based upon my experience. Great local folks, as well as as part of a larger organization that stands behind them. Thank you so much.

I was fortunate to be on the side of the accident where my car was repaired by the other driver's insurance company. But I was so impressed with the Caliber team, from initial contact to final inspection and pickup. The communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful. The details of the repair were easy to understand and well explained. And the service was efficient and precise.
