I think they are a corporate behemoth that views the insurance companies as their customers, not the vehicle owners. I think they are crushing small business competition, which allows them to take forever to complete the repairs.

Aubrey was professional and efficient. Good service. The car repair was well done and the car was presented very clean and polished. The only negative was finishing the car for pickup a few days longer than was agreed upon.
