My experience with Caliber Collision and the repair of my vehicle was nothing short of outstanding. The repairs were excellent. All communication with Mike (?Glass) my contact there were consistent throughout the repair process, and his attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The front desk woman, Mercedes was efficient , personable and welcoming. What a GREAT Team you have! I have to say, Mercedes ( the woman at the front desk in the office) who I had contact with a couple of times during the repair was extremely welcoming, efficient and so very friendly. She makes you feel like family, not just a customer. Caliber should feel lucky to have her as the 'front face' of the shop
