Caliber Collision did a great replacing and realigning the door hinges on my 90s Ford Truck. They were the only place in town that would work on a truck that old. Aubrey was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure that they could help me out. Overall, Caliber Collision Made the repair easy and pain-free at a reasonable price.

My key actuator doesn't work on driver door that was repaired. The little button on the door handle doesn't work to unlock and lock door when phob is close. Works fine on passenger side and worked upon delivery. The customer service and transparency was phenomenal. I noticed it not working Friday night the day I recieved my vehicle, but unfortunately you guys aren't open Saturday and Sunday I was going to give you guys a ring Monday about how or when we could get this taken care. Thank you for your service the car looks great and you dont understand how much I appreciate your promptness,customer service and great paint job. I feel it was just a little thing that was maybe forgotten or slipped through the cracks, which is fine we are only human. I would just like it to fixed please I'm trying to be that guy . Thank you again for everything and I'm sorry the insurance company is not being very helpful to either of us it this doesn't make a very smooth transaction for the process. I wasn't even in the car when it got hit I just want my car back to the way it was before all this
