From the moment I stepped into the office, till I came and picked up my car, nothing but total professionalism. Everyone so courteous and helpful. Everything explained well. Updates sent to me, which was nice.Great repair job. Looks brand new! AND due to health issues not able to keep up with car. It was filthy inside and out. When I picked it up it not only was clean on the outside but all the interior had been vacuumed and everything wiped down. I'm unable to do that anymore and was so very grateful. It made my day. Will recommend this particular Caliber Collision to everyone and anyone who can use their service! Thank you!

Communication was great. Mike kept me informed every step of the way with a simple text message on where they were at with the repairs. Mercedes was very professional, personable and I was always greeted immediately when entering the building. They were on point with the amount of time estimated to do the repairs. The repair was great, but other aspects were less than ideal. I was not given any information about the repair when I asked beforehand to be told what was going on and if anything NEEDED to be repaired. Instead I found out after repairs started, so it was too late for me to even question if they were necessary. I only wanted to ensure it was safe to drive, not necessarily get a whole new bumper if I didn’t need it. The text message system was so vague I never knew what was going on until it didn’t really matter anymore. I was given an estimated completion date not an estimated repair date, so I thought that that was just an inspection (requiring disassembly which is fine and made sense), especially since I was told beforehand that the estimated date I received would probably be a dramatic over-estimate (which seems odd?). When I called near the end of the process after getting a text saying my vehicle was almost ready, I was told “tonight” or “in the morning tomorrow” and that I would receive a call. It took an additional day beyond the next morning, which would be fine if someone called, but lead to me calling again to get that information since no one called me. When I picked up the car I was told that the gentleman responsible for my case would go over the vehicle with me and all he did was stress that I needed to do this review for him and hand me the keys. I didn’t press him because it looked fine. Finally, one day after getting my car back I had opened the trunk and noticed a small round plastic cover above the bumper had fallen off and no longer latched into where it belonged. It very easily could’ve been lost forever if I didn’t notice it and I had to bend a piece of it back to make it stay in place. Not a big issue but definitely made me question attention to detail. The only reason this review isn’t a 1 or 2 is because the bumper itself looks perfect. Excellent work by the installers/painters/etc. I do intend to sell my car within a couple of years, so it doesn’t hurt to have a nice new bumper, but overall, this was a completely dissatisfying experience. Last time I take my insurance company’s recommendation for a shop. In fact, this was bad enough I will probably change insurance companies too.
