This was the best auto repair experience I have had. The staff at Caliber Collision treated me like a friend, and made the repair of my vehicle easy and seamless. My Honda CRV looks NEW. The communication was excellent, and I knew what was happening with my vehicle every step of the way. I really cannot recommend them more. They have a customer for life.

This was genuinely the best service I've received on any vehicle I've ever owned, Justen was exceptionally nice and communicative, everybody I spoke with in the office was helpful and assured me a concise delivery of my vehicle, and they delivered on that front. If anything ever happens in the future, I will be sure to return, you have won my service for as long as I live in Eugene.

The communication was constant and complete every step of the way. The work was done two weeks faster than the original estimate, with almost double the amount of work originally needed. The work is professional, thorough, and first class all around. This was the most stress-free vehicle repair I've ever been involved with.
