From the time I dropped off my car until I picked it up, Caliber was kind and thorough. The main gal at the front (I'm so sorry, I forgot her name!) was attentive, communicative, and fun! Mike and the Automated system always kept me in the loop. Truly a great service experience, and the handiwork of the technicians is beautiful! 10 out of 10 all around!

From drop-off, through repair, to pick-up, Caliber kept me in the loop on status and stage of my car. Very professional, kind, and thorough group of folks. I didn't even have to worry about the rental car when I picked up mine. They coordinated with the rental company. I hope I don't have to see them again, but if tragedy strikes, I will definitely trust my vehicle in their care!

Terrible quality of work. Bad communication. When I picked up the car it was in worse quality than when I dropped it off. They chipped paint off my car and then recommended I buy a paint pen instead of them actually fixing it. The bumper isn’t even attached to my car. Worst experience ever
