There is a plan to fix the peeling and hole. It would have been better to get it fixed before making multiple trips to shop.

If you aren’t in a rush to get your car back, they do very good work.

The repair looks flawless. The car needed a complete paint job on the door, there were a couple of hiccups but in the end…we are very satisfied.

I didn’t had a good experience with this shop, not ready on the date THEY gave me, and didn’t like the after market parts they put in my truck.

It took literally over 2 months to get my truck fixed, it was always one excuse after another. When I finally picked it up most parts were after market (cheap quality), totally not what my insurance paid for. Totally NOT recommend it.

This is my second experience with Caliber and I have already started recommending them.

They made a big effort to finish the the repair in one day so that we did not have to return a second day from our home 60 mi away. They also let us pay the deductible and ordered the part based on that rather than require the car to be in their possession at the time of ordering. Given the long time (> 6 weeks) for the part to come in, this let us use the car while waiting and insurance did not have to cover a rental.
