This place is a joke. Scheduled 3 weeks out. Dropped my truck off and they hand it for a week and half and didn’t touch it. Kept changing completion dates. Zero communication unless I called. Received attitude when I did call. They messed up the paint and clear coat and told me I would have to come back and get it fixed. My computer monitor was ripped off the window and unplugged. Painted the whole door and didn’t paint the door handles. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent workmanship. It took somewhat longer than originally predicted and had to bring the car back for finishing touches, but the result was excellent and Ryan was very helpful and responsiv

Staff was pleasant and courteous. Tyler gave a good description of what repairs were needed and the repair process. The repaired area looked great and I appreciate the fix of the door scratch.

They were very helpful with the timely repair. They kept me informed of the progress nearly everyday! They even vacuumed out my car and checked in my rental vehicle from Enterprise. Repair looks great! Thank you Caliber Collision!!!
