There were a few delays, but my rental car was paid for, so I wasn't sweating it. I do have a couple smaller things that made it less than a 10. When I pulled out of the parking lot my left rear blinker wasn't working. The tech had just forgot to replace it. The other is, some paint along my drive side rear door window was scraped off. They completely washed and cleaned my car (which was something I'm very appreciate of), but I think during the cleaning process whatever they used to clean and brush my car scraped off some paint chips. I haven't brought this up with Caliber, but it's not ideal.

Tyler, went above and beyond in getting my car done right and solid, as well as getting a steering repair done, on behalf of Caliber, because Geico was taking forever to approve one final job. That’s old school business, and the kind that will make me want to return to Caliber with my business every time. It felt good to be treated beyond how I expected. They thought of the customer first, not their wallet. Can drives better than ever.

Great conversation, on time communication, and a solid job, that left my car better than it was find. Extra special thanks to Tyler, who went above and beyond, and fixed my steering pump, while we waited extensively for my car’s insurance company to approve the one last job. Caliber Collision ate the cost of this, so I could get my van back, and back to life. Awesome job!
