The lot itself seemed overrun with vehicles waiting to be repaired and there was little to no customer parking. Made it awkward to arrive for appointments, drop off, pickup etc.

I have only had my car back for one day, but from what I can tell so far, they were extremely thorough(and I wouldn't truly have to worry if it weren't because of the warranty). They did everything that needed to be done. In addition to doing small extra things like detailing the inside of my car (without any request) It was a welcome suprise! Everyone was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable and they kept me up to date regularly for the whole process. I highly recommend for anyone who wants the job done right.

There was a trim strip that was not installed. Rear fog lights don’t work.

1. I filled out this survey and have had multiple requests for me to fill out a survey again... 2. A piece of trim for the bumper wasn't installed 3. Tail lights in the bumper do not work 4. The rear window wiper doesn't work right 5. It's taking a long time for return contact to make the needed final corrections. It feels like I'm now being ignored.

Mercedes, office manager and Aubrey, service advisor both provided terrific service. Delays in the paint booth meant that the entire process took longer than it should have, otherwise I would have rated 10.
