I had a wonderful experience at caliber collision. They quickly assessed the damage to my vehicle, gave me an accurate estimate time of completion, worked with my insurance so I did not have to hassle with them, and did an amazing job restoring my car to pre-accident perfection. Icing on the cake- they are very friendly, provide excellent customer service, and even detailed my car prior to returning it. I am a very happy customer.

The repair took a very long time and wasn’t ready on the promised date even after all that time.

The vehicle looks great and was cleaned well inside and out. I do feel like the repair took a lot longer than it should have, and I am now experiencing a small electrical issue that will likely mean taking my car back and possibly being without it again, which I am not pleased about.
