My husband and I had our Tacoma here for a couple of weeks getting some dents fixed on the right rear door and the right side of the truck bed. Ryan stated he wasn’t completely happy with the ending results with our paint, and he wanted it to be perfect, so we kept it with him another week. Ryan was sweet enough to pay out of his own pocket for me to have a rental car for the unplanned time. He apologized profusely, but the fact that he went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met while he made sure my truck was perfect just shows me that he takes pride in his work, and he cares for his customers/clients.
