I went to two Caliber locations, one made an appt. with me knowing what my vehicle was and when I got there, the guy walked out and said they don't work on my make car. This is after waiting 4-5 days for the appt. Took it to the next location and had to wait close to a week to get the car in, only to find out a week later they shipped it to another location. I specifically asked the first guy if it needed to go to the other shop and he said they could work on it. So they couldn't and I lost another week. A very frustrating series of events. And it took longer than first quoted.
