The car looks beautiful. I am very pleased. The only thing is that they promised to touch up my rear right fender that was dinged by another car. It looks better, but you can still see the scratches. I told the man that delivered the car to me and he promised they would touch it up with paint. So far I haven't heard from them.

We one has a car repaired from a collision for the first time,especially when one is not at fault, it's sort of an upsetting experience. I have to say that the contacts I had with Karen and Aaron at Caliber Collision were excellent. They were most courteous and so professional from the time I walked in there. I dealt mostly with Karen since she was my initial contact when I got there and when I left. She was patient and answered my many questions. I have to say that she is a great representative for your company... I hope I do not need to return for repairs but if I should, I would certainly return to Caliber Collision. Thank you again!
