I know there are several shops, unfortunatly only one works with BMW's if my friend has a BMW or Mercades I would not suggest the Escondido shop.

Vehicle had to be returned several times the last time they never contracted me for completion of the work. The fit and finish was not up to BMW standards, where there is now a gap in my window butten on the arm rest which wasn't there before. They said it was the best they could do which in not exceptible, I will be contracting the shop again.

The adjuster had first assessment was to total the car, which should not have been. Coming back with a new adjustment took two weeks, which my insurance policy covers 4 weeks of rental. it took almost 8 weeks to get my car back, they did pick up some of the rental cost.
