Frankie was amazing. He kept me updated on everything. He also helped to represent me with the insurance company to make sure that I was getting original parts. My car looks great, and they also cleaned it really nicely.

The Caliber team was fantastic! I’d like to highlight Victor especially- he was amazing, from day one he made me feel confident in my choice to have my car fixed here. He kept me fully updated every step of the way, warned me of any potential delays that could occur with parts so I was prepared. He went above and beyond to efficiently source all of the parts and get the car back to me on time. Victor is a true pro, he’s knowledgeable and honest and the car looks good as new. The front desk staff was kind and helpful as well and worked seamlessly with my insurance. Getting a (brand new!) car fixed after an accident is never fun, but Victor & team made everything so easy.
