The paint was not fully buffed out. That makes the repair obvious. I was uncharged without notice. The excuse given was that the technician wanted more money to do the work. Also, the rocker panel trim was left loose. The lady became argumentative and aggressive when I refused to accept it that way. Finally a manager came out and within about 10 minutes was able to put the trim back on correctly. I would probably not come back after my experiences with this repair.

People were great and easy to work with. I know Caliber did not instal the new exhaust on my truck, so can’t be their fault, BUT the exhaust tips aren’t entirely centered in the exhaust pipe wells in the rear bumper. They look kinda crooked and somewhat slumped. Additionally, some of the newly installed body trim doesn’t fit as evenly against the truck as it did from the factory - I suppose this is to be expected. Lastly, would have been great if the entire job had been completed. 1 final part was on back order and did not come in which will require me to make another trip to the shop - that’s a 45 minute drive one direction. I understand that’s out of the shop’s control, but that’s a bit of a trip to make after already not having my vehicle for nearly two weeks. At time of drop off I had also inquired about having my tire sensors programmed while the vehicle was with Caliber; this was not performed or addressed.
