While the interactions were cordial and professional, the updates were not very proactive. Estimated dates of completion were challenging (based on parts shortages) and I would have preferred a proactive notice when the dates were going to slip.

I took my son’s wheelchair van in to get the window repaired. Caliber informed me of the issue and the cost which was within my budget. The window was fixed sooner than expected and we were able to get back on the road. Thanks Brett for going the extra mile and making our first experience with Caliber a great one!!!
