Make sure that the car battery is tightly connected before returning the car to the customer. Otherwise the car won't start properly and cause misunderstanding between customer and the shop.

Took a long time to get parts. Also the estimate was not even close to final amount. Staff including Gary the manager was informative and pleasant so all was good
