It took them 12 days over the due date because of his clear coat contractor was not showing up. Not acceptable. Kept on pushing the delivery dates

The entire caliber team was awesome and kept me in the loop every step of the way. With an older car parts can be an issue and Caliber went above and beyond for a mirror for my car. While we still had issues with the hook up the service and expectations were met 💯 percent. Would work with Caliber again.

The right view mirror is not working properly and the mirror does not exactly match with the left passenger mirror. I have to currently adjust every time the gear is shifted to reverse.
