My wife brushed a driveway pole. The estimate was under $2K and I was hoping to pay out of pocket, but the actual was way higher, and I had to use insurance. I am satisfied with the quality of the repair and the customer service, but the overall cost was extremely high. I realize that is due to a variety of factors.

Brett was amazing! He talked me through the expected repairs and options for additional hood work at drop off. After estimation was completed he throughly explained the options including price points, longevity, and recommendations. He made sure to provide updates on the work as it progressed and did a through walk-around at pick-up, including answering additional questions and providing instructions for care.
