The rear car bumper was removed by caliber to perform the repair. They broke the retention clip on my bumper.So now I have an unsightly air gap between my bumper and my car body. Caliber refused to own up to damaging my bumper. And would not replace it. My bumper was not damaged in the accident. The clip was broken when they removed it. I am very unhappy!

I know we have to go back 30 days from now for parts ordered from Mercedes-Benz. Otherwise, the people over at caliber have been amazing. We had to take our car to caliber because of Insurance, but I think we found a forever spot that we could take our car in the future.
