The lady at the front desk seemed annoyed that she had to look for the person assigned to go over my vehicle when I picked it up. She did not apologize for the wait but instead made me feel like I was giving her another thing to do. She also accused me of hitting her car door while I was taking the car seat when I made sure I didn’t. I didn’t appreciate how she reacted given that I was already waiting longer with my 2 kids and having to carry everything. A little compassion would have been more appreciated.
