You need to add negative numbers to this scale. A "1" is being very generous. It has been a totally frustrating experience. You have no idea how much difficulty I am having keeping my comments somewhat professional.

Service was partially completed. Still awaiting another part. Vehicle needs to be returned to facility.

Very professional on the phone. But horrible in returning phone calls as promised. I had to constantly contact them to get updates on when my vehicle would be ready. I picked my vehicle on January 17th. I still have not heard from them as to when another part will be arriving to complete the repairs. Finally called them yesterday and was told the someone will call me back in 15-20 minutes. Still have not heard back.

T.J. did a great job fixing the car and was in communication all throughout the process. I appreciate that the car is clean and looks beautiful. Dustin was very kind, patient and helpful when I drop the car off. My entire customer service experience was fantastic! I will recommend Caliber to my friends and family.
