I cannot express enough how greatful we are to everyone at this location. It took a long time for the repairs but with the parts shortage it was to be expected. We were kept up to date and in the loop as to how things were going. You are all sipmly the best. However, and please don't take this the wrong way, we hope we never have th see you again but if we do we know our vehicle is in great hands.

I was expecting the vehicle to be in a 100%condition it was in before the accident. It seems though a part could have been ordered and assembled at Caliber. I’m guessing the insurance company should know this about the claim filed

Customer service was GREAT. I was kept up-to-date (texts) on the repair timeline status, the repair was completed in a timely manner, and my truck looks wonderful. I would gladly return to Caliber in the future (but hope I won't need any!) and will recommend Caliber to anyone I can. Thanks, Caliber!
