I was checked in quickly with courteous staff. I was notified promptly with updates on when my vehicle would be ready. When my vehicle was ready for pickup once again I was greeted with friendly and courteous staff. In and out service which is very important for me with my work schedule.

I would highly recommend people due to phenomenal paint job restoring my truck to an original state, I will come back but asking them to not wash my vehicle next time

I have been to the caliber collision in Vista in the past & they were much more professional & communicative. I chose Fallbrook this time because they were closer/local - but would probably choose a different location next time to ensure faster/more communicative service.
