I had not expected to receive my car in such perfect condition! From the mechanic (Chris) who worked on repairs, to the painter (who I personally thanked), to the people (including Chris) who washed my car afterwards, it was a stellar performance!

The associates at the Fallbrook Caliber Collision were friendly kind and efficient. They were able to work our damaged car in their schedule right away. It was our luck to be in the right place at the right time. They allso were able to get the parts and labor done very quickly. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. The work place was very clean and comfortable. Our communications from them kept us informed. It was a surprise the job was done so quickly. Your company made our stressful horrible wrecked car experience so much more bearable. The moron who sideswiped our car with his lifted truck with oversized tires that stuck out from the body of the truck grind along the back passenger door all the way to the front door. He was in a rush to go around our car to go ahead. Then we had to chase him down in and out of traffic to make him exchange information. He finally pulled over and refused to do that until I told him I was going to call the CHP to report him leaving the scene of an accident. Thank you for making a bad experience better with your service.
