I was very impressed with the overall experience I received from the Caliber Collision. Everyone was very professional and happy to be working for Caliber. Brittany was very personable and easy to speak with to go over the process. I did tell her the only peice of the process I recommend adding a step is for someone to take the time to go over the car during pick up. I had found some issues with the front bumper and had to go back into the office and ask someone to look over what I found to be unacceptable. It's a small detail that I think would go a very long way in pleasing the customer. As i told Brittany, Caliber should be proud of their repairs like an artist is of their paintings.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff! Our repair work was completed sooner than estimated and the car had been washed and vacuumed when we picked it up. We were very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use them again, if necessary.

I felt like they did not address all the damage to the bumper. There was a dent by the license plate that was not repaired. Otherwise the work was good
