The repairs that were made to my driver’s side door were done to my satisfaction. But, I noticed a bunch of deep, rough, scratches in my passenger side door that were not there when I dropped off the car. I tried to call about the problem today, and the man that answered said they were already closed and would send an email to Callibur Collision about my concerns. How can this situation be rectified?
