I have one concern. While traveling in the rain the other day, a msg appeared on the dash saying “some driver assist systems cannot operate: Radar obstructed.” It has not appeared again. But I want it noted in case it does.

The receptionist on the phone was very receptive and gave me the impression I would be speaking with someone when I dropped my car off. I had the ask the receptionist on duty to see Kirk before I left my vehicle. She acted as if I was making an unrealistic request.

Kirk Williams was extremely helpful. I had a prior estimate from another company but USAA did not indicate the full cost of the repair. I went to Caliber Colllision (who had previously worked on cars for me). Kirk said that they have worked on other USAA claims and that they could probably help me. He arranged for an estimate and worked with USAA to fully cover the repair cost. The work done by Caliber Collision was beautiful. Thanks Kirk!
