Overall, the experience was quick and generally good. When I loved the text communication. My rep was fabulous. When I picked up the van, a trim piece was not replaced and the door ding that I asked to have fixed while they were already painting it didn’t get fixed. Now if I want it fixed, I have to pay for a rental car for a day and take it back in. School is starting I have 4 kids. Things are goi g to be busy and finding extra time to take it in again will not be easy unless I have a rental. Someone did say he would order the trim piece for me and my rep said she would ask about fixing the door on them but it’s still an inconvenience. She wrote on the door and circled the ding. It was very clear what needed done. Again, overall a great experience but whoever fixed it didn’t do everything we discussed.
