My experience with Caliber Collision was excellent from beginning to end. They were professional and communicated every step of the process. I was able to get into a rental car in under 30 mins and they were efficient and timely in the repair of my daughter’s car. I will definitely use them again for my car repairs.

This was the simplest job to do. paint and replace a bumper cover. Job wansnt' completed when showing up. it was hanging off on one side after sitting there all day. DO quality checks before calling the customer for pickup!

Was told it was completed, show up and one side of the bumper wasn't aligned and was hanging down. It sat there all day for me to pickup and no quality check on your work. Had to leave overnight to pickup next day. Waste of time is why the rating.
