Checking in the car the person at the counter was really friendly, and the guy who was handling my car was also friendly. He was showing me where there's more damage as he was marking it through and I was like wow. Overall, a great experience.

Everything went very well including having the car ready a day before estimated. The good news was the front of the car looked brand new. The bad news is she was T-boned three days later and the car will be listed as totaled by USAA the driver's insurer. Fortunately only minor injuries.
