Leslie was informative, professional and efficient the entire way through what could have been a horrible experience. She updated me throughout the repair, ordered my Enterprise rental car, arranged transportation to Enterprise and the pick up. I was fortunate to have her guide me through.

Oh I have thoughts. Stellar. That’s how I rate it. Front end staff were great, super hospitable and friendly. Rene my adjuster was upfront and kept me in the loop and really informative. The process was seamless. I appreciate you guys cleaning my truck out the way you did also. Totally unnecessary, and very generous. Thanks for helping out with the rental too. All around a great experience. There were probably three people in the front lobby working on their cases and it was really cool they all acknowledged me. Thanks again.

The color did not match. I am going in for a recheck. The other caliber was able to match the paint so I hope they get the color right when I go in. It’s a bit disappointing especially since it was in the shop so long and since I previously mentioned it was painted at Maaco.
