The shop estimated time and payment wrong. They called me andd gave me 30 minutes to pick up the vehicle on a friday evening. Saying i could pick up at 5pm when they closed at 5:30pm. I tried negotiating an earlier time so i could pick up on my lunch and the time they gave me wasnt early enough. They then argued with me on the phone about my not being able to pick up on friday and having to wait to Monday.

there was uneven spaces on sides of swing gate and I feel the gap on the top near the spoiler is too large, also scratches on spoiler that were not there when I brought the car in. the manager offered to paint the spoiler and adjust the door however I feel these issues should have been noticed by the staff and taken care of before I picked up car. We do not agree on gap on top of car, manager thinks it is ok I will take my car to the dealership and ask them their opinion before I purse it further.

I LOVED how they emailed me daily and called to give me updates on my car. They were also very nice and informative after I got my car. Which by the way was done over a week early :) They also offered to return my rental car for me which made my life even easier. They made this accident and repair process a breeze!!!

I am an insurance agent for AAA. First,I was charged for removal of the interior door panel and weather striping to remove the side mirror. That is not true as it is removed with 1 screw.Also, I was charged for painting a chip near windshield which was not done. I waited and had them do it and charges removed but I am not happy and after my experience I am not sure about referring you in the future.
