The staff was very polite and professional, but there was an issue with my car pick up. Apparently, there was a message left 1 business day before I was supposed to pick up my car. I never received this message. This created great stress and confusion when I returned home in the evening the day the car was expected to be picked up. I should have given multiple numbers of contact, but I would recommend if you do not hear back from your customer by the end of the day after leaving a message, ensure that person has received it. I believe a incorrect number must have been dialed.

It would have been nice to have my leaking tire repaired. Instead, i had to take additional time to get it repaired at another shop. Plus I had to pay for the service to get it repaired. Doesn't make sense when it was related to my insurance claim.
