I would have rated customer service at a 10 except for the fact that when I dropped off my car for service I had just below a half a tank of gas. When I picked up my car my tank was on empty wth the gas light on. I had barely enough gas to make it the gas station. It's completely unprofessional to drain someone's gas tank and not bother to refill it. I'm also left wondering why they used that much gas to begin with when it was only a bumper repair. There's no excuse for that.
